Tau Sar Piah

“Tau sar” means mung bean paste and “Pnaih” means biscuits. In Chinese it is 豆沙饼. The filling is made from mung beans, sugar and fried shallots (some use shallot oil), thus it has the flavour of sweet and saltiness.
